Henderson Park Development

The plan for a second hotel in Henderson Park — Olympia Courtyard by Marriott — continues to move through the development approval process.

On July 27, 2017, the city's Design Review Board met at 6:30 pm at City Hall to discuss and make recommendations on the detailed design plans submitted by the developer. Your WNA board reviewed the packet of materials regarding the Detailed Design Review and submitted written comments on the overall design and the landscape plan. More information about the Design Review Board meeting is available on the City's website.

Due to a recent City attorney interpretation of the state Regulatory Reform Act, neighbors may attend but are no longer be able to comment “live” at Design Review Board meetings. (Updated July 25, 2017)
