She is the founder and operator of Timeless Visual Works — The Inspirational Film Theater and Publishing Company. She later expanded her business to the National Harbor and Downtown Silver Spring in Maryland before building a digital school. Dr. Jefferson and her team are multitalented professionals holding master's and doctoral degrees with vast knowledge and skills in the industry. She is an inclusive leader who invites diverse professionals and aspiring artists to take a seat at the table where they receive hands-on training from an expert in their discipline. Dr. Ollie L. Jefferson wrote, directed, produced, and performed in her debut stage play as an undergraduate student at Johnson C. Smith University. The socially conscious campus-based drama featured a cast of over fifty students, a choreographer and dancers, singers during scene transitions, a gospel choir, and behind-the-scenes talent that included a sound effects technician and musician. Every performance was packed, and the Vice President of Student Affairs requested the drama back by popular demand. The encore performance grew into a community success and received accolades from front-page newspaper headlines and coverage in the Charlotte Post.

As the music director and producer, Dr. Jefferson wrote seven original gospel songs.
