She founded the collegiate communication, cultural, and multimedia organization as a result of her vast background in the arts and education. Dr. Jefferson has a proven track record of successfully equipping professionals in the theater, film, television, and publishing industries to compete in a global marketplace. Her extensive expertise in communications has led her to serve as a lecturer at several universities, including the University of Maryland at College Park, George Mason University, and Howard University.
