The Municipality has confirmed that our property (the former school) is now zoned strictly residential (H-019) under the new Urban Plan.

➡️ This means the site will be developed only for housing.
➡️ It is now private property – no public use or visits are allowed.
➡️ Entering without permission is considered trespassing.
