Touch Season

Touch Rugby Season will commence again in Term 4, 2024.

Games are played on Mondays after school during Term 4 at Devon Intermediate / St Josephs fields in New Plymouth. Start date for Term 4 2024 is Monday 14 October. This is part of the City Touch competition.

Term 1 2025 Touch Rugby runs for 6 weeks at Corbett Park on Monday nights. This requires a separate registration to the Term 4 module.

(If your child is registered under a school for Kindo - remember to click on 'switch school' to change to OJSC. You can add OJSC as a school via the Manager Members menu if that option is not avaialable)

Once all registrations are received then players are sorted into teams and coaches/managers assigned - volunteers are always needed/welcomed for all age grades.

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR 2024 TERM 4.

2024 Format

Grades are under 6, under 8, under 10, under 12 & Intermediate (age as at 31 Dec 2024).
Games are played at Devon Intermediate Monday after school.

Proposed Game times: (dependent on entries) Games are 2 x 15 minute halves

Round 1 , 3.45pm , 25min one way, U6/8s
Round 2 , 4.15pm , 2x15 mins halves, U10s
Round 3 , 4.50pm , 2x15 mins halves, U10/12s
Round 4 , 5.25pm , 2x15 mins halves, U12s
Round 5 , 6.00pm , 2x15 mins halves, Yr 7/8s
Round 5 6.35pm, 2x15 mins halves, Yr 7/8s
