Netball Season for Years 1 - 2

Junior Netball is a simplified game of netball for years 1-2 that is played in Term 2. This is a good introduction for young children to the basics of netball. The game is played 5 vs 5 with lowered hoops and is played indoors on Saturdays at Oakura Hall at 8:15am. 

Netball is offered separately for Years 3 and above through Netball Taranaki at Waiwakaiho on Thursdays after school, however Junior Netball will accept year 3 kids if they do not wish to follow that path.

Games will be held every Saturday during Term 2. If your child is interested in playing, please see registration details below.  Cost is $20/child.  Team T-Shirts will be provided.

Once all registrations are received then players are sorted into teams and coaches/managers assigned - volunteers are always needed/welcomed for all age grades.
