Share time at your tables : 5 minutes
Make a plan for your scheduled time - be deliberate & prioritize this time with your beginning teacher.
Keep a record of the meetings so both you and the beginning teachers can answer the following 3 questions
How am I going?
How do I know ?
What next ?
