K Numbers & Tracking

TRACKING SYSTEM WEBSITE:

Evidence kits will now be submitted into a statewide database.

All victims will receive a K Number which is located on the bottom of the Evidence Collection kit.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK THE VICTIM FOR THEIR K NUMBER!
Check in with the nurse to see if they have provided the victim with a K Number and remind them to do so.

Victims will have the opportunity to view the status of their kit via the kit tracking website (see above).

Please refer victims to staff advocates if they need help with accessing the website or their K Number.
