Surveys

We use a variety of surveys to provide feedback on our program that we can use to make data-driven decisions about our licensure programs. These surveys are sprinkled throughout this website, and this page is designed to make them easy to find and collected in one location. All surveys are anonymous (with the exception of the Student Teacher survey) with the option of providing contact information for follow up interviews.

Employer Survey

This survey provides principals, directors, and superintendents a means of providing feedback about NVU graduates whom they hired, as well as suggestions for how to keep our educator preparation programs responsive to current needs in the field.

Alumni Survey

This survey provides our Alumni a means of giving us updates on their current professional status and any suggestions or feedback they have about our program.

Cooperating Teacher / Administrator Survey

This survey provides Cooperating Teachers and Administrators who host our practicum students and student teachers a means of providing feedback about their experience working with our students and our program.

Student Teacher Survey

This survey provides student teachers a means of providing feedback about their College Supervisor and their experience during Student Teaching.

College Supervisor Survey

This survey provides College Supervisors a means of providing feedback about their experience supervising our students in the field and their interactions with our programs.
