When To Keep Your Child Home

To ensure the health and safety of all students at Cloverleaf, any student who shows the following symptoms the morning of or the night before school, must be excluded from school:

• Fever of 100.0 of higher

• Diarrhea

• Vomiting

• New Cough

• New trouble breathing, shortness of breath or wheezing

• New chills

• New muscle aches or sore throat

• New loss of smell

• New loss of taste or change in taste

Students may return to school when:

• A doctors note indicating an alternate diagnosis is provided if negative for Covid-19.

*Please remember that students diagnosed with a contagious illness (other than COVID) that is being treated with prescription medication, must complete a minimum of 24 hours of the prescribed medication dosage prior to returning to school.

*Please contact the Cloverleaf clinic if your child has been diagnosed with a contagious condition such as strep throat, chickenpox, pink eye, impetigo, ringworm, flu, COVID-19, vomiting/diarrhea etc.
