Training Module: Pendidikan Rabbani

The initiative for Pendidikan Rabbani, led by Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Fadzli Bin Dato’ Haji Hasan and supported by Dato Haji Ahmad Bin Yaakob, resulted in the development of the Kelantan Pendidikan Rabbani Policy. This policy encompasses nine core Rabbani Values and nine main principles, aiming to elevate holistic education and nurture noble individuals.

To facilitate implementation, the Pendidikan Rabbani Training Module, comprising nineteen modules, has been created. This module systematically discusses each principle and provides training activities and assessments, aiding in the understanding and implementation of the policy in education.

Audience: Educators: Head of Department, Primary School Teachers, Secondary School Teachers

Meeting Educational Resource Needs

Faced with the challenge of providing educators with comprehensive resources rooted in the principles of Pendidikan Rabbani, a group of IIUM lecturers took the initiative to develop the Training Module. This request from ILDAN (Institut Latihan Darul Naim Kelantan) highlighted the need for tailored educational materials to empower educators in delivering values-based education effectively.

Design Process

Crafting the Training Module

The design process began with a thorough examination of the framework outlined by 9 Prinsip Pendidikan Rabbani. Leveraging the expertise of the IIUM lecturers, we adapted content from Dasar Pendidikan Rabbani to craft a module aligned with our objectives.

Leading the design efforts, I collaborated closely with the team to ensure the module met the diverse needs of educators across different levels.

Visuals & Mockups

Designing Engaging Visuals

Incorporating engaging visuals and mockups was integral to enhancing the user experience of the Training Module. Clear typography and intuitive layouts facilitated easy navigation and comprehension. These visual elements were not only showcased within the module but were also presented at an event held to launch the Training Module. By employing visuals that resonated with our target audience, we created a compelling resource that supported educators in effectively delivering values-based education.
