Omdat er alleen goederenverkeer plaats vind is de keus al wat makkelijker met de aanschaf van rollend materiaal. Goederenwagens en loks. Omdat ik tijdperk IIIb/IVa rij moest daarin het materieel gezocht worden. De meeste goederenwagens heb ik tweede hands aangeschaft. Omdat ik slechte ervaring heb met locs tweede hands (er is altijd wel wat mee), heb ik deze nieuw aangeschaft. 

Op een modelspoorbeurs leerde ik een aardig iemand kennen die met poeders zijn materieel vervuilde. Ik heb een uurtje bij hem staan kijken en veel vragen gesteld en ik ben thuis dat trucje gaan na bootsen. Hij werkte met een combinatie van pastel krijten en washes. Deze methode beviel mij goed en alle wagens werden van een laagje vuil (verweer) voorzien. Een leuke bezigheid om te doen!

Ook de nieuw aangeschafte lok kreeg een stoflaagje en enkele details werden aangestipt zodat zij beter naar voren komen. De lok is volledig digitaal met sound en dat is de finishing touch tijdens het rijden. Veel materieel heb ik niet nodig. Ik heb nu zo'n 5 gesloten wagens, één huifwagen, twee tankwagens, één cementwagen, één rongenwagen en een containerwagen. Dat is voldoende voor een afwisselend bedrijf.

Comme seul le trafic de marchandises a lieu, le choix est un peu plus facile lors de l'achat de matériel roulant. Wagons de marchandises et locomotives. Parce que je conduis l'ère IIIb/IVa, il fallait trouver l'équipement là-bas. J'ai acheté la plupart des wagons de marchandises d'occasion. Parce que j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec les locomotives d'occasion (il y a toujours quelque chose qui ne va pas avec elles), j'ai acheté celle-ci neuve.

Lors d'un salon de modélisme ferroviaire, j'ai rencontré une personne sympathique qui a contaminé son matériel avec des poudres. Je l'ai observé pendant une heure et lui ai posé beaucoup de questions et j'ai commencé à imiter ce truc à la maison. Il a travaillé avec une combinaison de craies pastel et de lavis. J'ai aimé cette méthode et toutes les voitures étaient recouvertes d'une couche de saleté (altération). Une activité amusante à faire!

La locomotive nouvellement achetée a également reçu une couche de poussière et certains détails ont été retouchés pour mieux ressortir. La locomotive est entièrement numérique avec son et c'est la touche finale pendant la conduite. Je n'ai pas besoin de beaucoup de matériel. J'ai maintenant environ 5 wagons fermés, un wagon couvert, deux wagons-citernes, un wagon à ciment, un wagon à ranchers et un wagon porte-conteneurs. C'est suffisant pour une entreprise variée.

Because only goods traffic takes place, the choice is somewhat easier with the purchase of rolling material. Freight wagons and locomotives. Because I drive era IIIb/IVa, the equipment had to be found there. I bought most of the freight wagons second hand. Because I have had bad experience with second-hand locomotives (there is always something wrong with them), I bought this one new.

At a model railway fair I met a nice person who contaminated his equipment with powders. I watched him for an hour and asked a lot of questions and I started to imitate that trick at home. He worked with a combination of pastel chalks and washes. I liked this method and all cars were provided with a layer of dirt (weathering). A fun activity to do!

The newly purchased locomotive also received a layer of dust and some details were touched up so that they stand out better. The locomotive is fully digital with sound and that is the finishing touch while driving. I don't need a lot of equipment. I now have about 5 closed wagons, one covered wagon, two tank wagons, one cement wagon, one stake wagon and a container wagon. That is sufficient for a varied company.
