Denisa recently served as the Head of Activism for Acting Out where she solidified the skilled needed to help supervise projects that you aren't necessarily directly managing, as well as to maintain the peace when two or more leaders disagree. She also served on the Latin American Student Organization E-Board for 2 years.

"I am running for the Secretariat because I really do truly think that this organization could make a difference at Northeastern and I'd love to be a part of it. I think that working on really solidifying our great foundation and reaching out to more students on campus will be super important, and I'm excited to bring my own ideas to the table. I felt really welcomed into the NSCC as an individual and I'd love to get as many other students to feel that way as possible. At the end of the day, I really just want to do my part to support this amazing organization and am thrilled at the opportunity to give back to the community that has given so much to me."
