Welcome. Today, we are evaluating our strategic technology plan through the lens of the 2024 National Educational Technology Plan—specifically analyzing how we bridge the digital access, design, and use divides. Crucially, our roadmap integrates the 2026 Florida AI policy directives, prioritizing mandatory student disclosures, explicit teacher-permitted AI use, and strict safeguards against unapproved companion bots. Over the next ten minutes, I will highlight where our current strategy aligns with these national and state mandates, identify critical gaps in our data privacy, and deliver actionable leadership recommendations to ensure a secure, equitable, and audit-ready digital learning environment.
