Welcome! I'm Nicholas Phillips, a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a passion for the intersection of education, leadership, and instructional design. With a career spanning over 20 years in the United States Army, I have cultivated a unique expertise in training, program development, and operations management. My journey is defined by a commitment to transforming strategic goals into effective, real-world learning and development programs.

My passion for education is backed by a strong academic foundation. I hold an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University and am currently enhancing my expertise by pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Educational Technology from Louisiana State University. This formal education complements my extensive hands-on experience in leading and developing personnel.

Currently, as a Senior Foreign Training Advisor, I am actively applying my skills in curriculum and instructional design on a global stage. In this role, I advise senior government officials and military leaders on developing core security functions, with a primary focus on:

• Designing and standardizing comprehensive training programs.

• Building "Train-the-Trainer" initiatives to create sustainable, local instructional capabilities.

• Mentoring senior managers to ensure the successful planning and execution of educational and operational objectives.

Throughout my career as a Chief Operations Officer and Senior Director of Operations, I have been responsible for identifying developmental needs and delivering high-quality training support for hundreds of employees. My goal is to leverage this unique blend of operational leadership and educational expertise to design and implement impactful learning solutions that empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.
