Based on the findings from the AI-assisted research, analysis, and visual exploration stages, the ARCA Clubhouse was refined to address identified limitations while preserving its original architectural identity. The redesign focuses on enhancing site response, environmental performance, sustainability, user experience, and spatial quality through a series of informed design interventions. Rather than replacing the original concept, the proposal builds upon the transparency gradient strategy, coloured glass façade, and concrete material expression to create a more responsive, comfortable, and sustainable architectural environment for architecture students.
1.Zoning Enhancement
The ARCA Clubhouse ground floor zoning was refined to improve spatial organization by clearly separating public, semi-public, and private functions. This enhances circulation clarity, functional efficiency, and user experience while maintaining the transparency gradient concept and architectural identity.

The site was refined to improve circulation, accessibility, landscape integration, and outdoor learning opportunities, creating a more comfortable and connected environment for students while strengthening the relationship between the clubhouse and its surroundings.
3.Environmental Performance Improvements & Design
The ARCA Clubhouse was environmentally enhanced using AI analysis to improve solar control, natural ventilation, daylight quality, and thermal comfort. These strategies strengthen passive design performance while preserving the transparency gradient concept, coloured glass façade, and concrete architectural identity.

4.Sustainability Enhancements
Sustainability strategies were integrated into the ARCA Clubhouse design to reduce environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and enhance long-term performance. The design incorporates passive systems, water management, sustainable materials, and landscape integration while maintaining the transparency gradient concept and architectural identity.
5.User Experience Improvements
User experience was enhanced in the ARCA Clubhouse design by improving spatial flexibility, circulation flow, comfort, and social interaction. The design strengthens the relationship between indoor and outdoor environments while maintaining the transparency gradient concept and architectural identity.
AI was used as a supportive tool to improve zoning, environmental performance, sustainability, and user experience in the ARCA Clubhouse design. It helped identify design issues such as inefficient circulation, heat gain, and limited spatial clarity, and suggested targeted improvements.
These insights led to better zoning organization, improved passive environmental strategies, stronger sustainability integration, and enhanced user experience. However, all final design decisions were guided by human judgment to ensure coherence and architectural quality.
Overall, AI enhanced the design process by improving analysis and generating ideas, while the architect maintained full control over the final outcome.
