This project explores how artificial intelligence can support architectural design through a structured workflow that combines concept generation and building performance evaluation. Developed as an extension of Assignment 1, the project investigates the role of AI as a design collaborator in the creation of a visionary architectural proposal known as the Vertical Glass Tower of Dreams.

The concept imagines a vertical tower where each floor represents a different human passion, aspiration, or activity. Through the use of multiple AI tools, architectural ideas were generated, visualized, analyzed, and refined. Rather than relying on AI to make design decisions, the workflow demonstrates how architects can use AI to explore possibilities, evaluate alternatives, and improve design outcomes while maintaining critical human judgment.

This project combines two architectural workflow scenarios:

The integration of these two workflows allows the project to move beyond visual concept creation and examine how design ideas can be tested and improved through performance-based analysis.

The aim of this workflow is to investigate how AI can assist architects throughout the design process, from the generation of conceptual ideas to the evaluation and refinement of building performance.

The workflow seeks to:

Ultimately, this project shows that AI is not a replacement for architectural thinking, but a powerful tool that can support creativity, analysis, and decision-making in contemporary architectural practice.
