Armorite Exterior Trim

Description: Review of Armorite brand composite building trim products for consideration of Staff-level approval at new construction projects.

ARC & Staff Recommendations:

ARC recommended conceptual approval of the use of Armorite composite exterior trim in locations where composite trim is already approvable, including new construction and new additions (excluding column trim). Based on similar composite trim products being previously approved, staff agrees with the ARC recommendation.
