On May 26, 2021 an application was submitted for a non-structural renovation at 7613 Hampson. The non-structural application did not trigger HDLC review as it did not impact the exterior of the building. A visual inspection noted a significant alteration to the primary façade by HDLC as well as Safety & Permits. HDLC Staff then calculated the amount of demolition/encapsulation at roughly 62.4% (images below). Staff recommends the retention of the demolition of 62.4% of the primary façade with a moderate fine.
