During this time of COVID-19 everyone must protect yourself, your family, your friends and your loved ones. This means putting on your mask, washing your hands and not going out unnecessarily. Avoid crowds. Non-essential businesses are closed. Schools are shutdown. If you must go to the supermarket or pharmacy, or if you are taking a walk or talking to someone, you must stand 2 meters apart. I think drinking a lot of lemon juice with oranges is also a good idea.

Watch out for each other. This virus gives nobody a chance if you catch it.
