1. When did you start learning Japanese Traditional Dance (Nihon-buyo)?

I started learning when I was 2 years old

2. What made you start Nihon-buyo?

My mother also studied Nihon-Buyo and she taught me how to dance

3. What is your favorite dance or aspect about dance?

I like the celebratory dance-Goshugi numbers - I like its dignity, form and celebratory feeling.

4. What do you like about sensei/this dance school?

Sensei teaches the importance of dignity to maintain the high standards of the Nishikawa school and honor its long history.

5. What is the key to continue? Was it hard to continue..?

Patience and a neutral and modest attitude are the keys to continuing.

6. Advice for beginners plus your next goal in the Nishikawa dance school.

I would like to continue to learn the more difficult numbers, and to perform and polish my skills as long as I can keep dancing.
