Program Background

According to an excellent collaboration between the Ministry of Education, Thailand and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia, the training program on "Capacity Development for Educational Personnel of the Kingdom of Cambodia is established and designed to serve the needs of educational personnel in Cambodia for developing and administrating in education system in Cambodia. The training program has been allocated by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) to promote a great relationship of educational development between Thailand and Cambodia which has been for almost 70 years. In 2020, the program and curriculum has been initially established and designed by the National Institute for Development of Teachers, Faculty Staff and Educational Personnel (NIDTEP) in collaborating with educational experts and resource person. There are 6 focused areas to be developed as follows; 1. Policy and Planning, 2. Finance, 3. Monitoring and Evaluation, 4. Management and Leadership, 5. School based Management, 6. Learning Assessment.
