Goals

1. Teachers and educational personnel are adequately provided well-training programs for competency development to uplift educational quality to meet the global changes.

2. Development of Teachers and Educational Personnel System can support multi-phase learning according to modern education towards educational innovation.

3. National Institute for Development of Teachers, Faculty Staff and Educational Personnel is a center for development of national and international networks including outcomes monitoring and evaluation system.

4. National Institute for Development of Teachers, Faculty Staff and Educational Personnel is a learning center of Information Technology and Individual Development Plan for Teachers and Educational Personnel based on competency.

5. There is a systematic software measurement for monitoring and evaluation processes to measure the Development of Teachers and Educational Personnel outcomes integrated with their personal behaviors by using software as a measurement.


Strategies

1. Develop teachers and educational personnel to be competent and profitable assisting learner skills, and integrating management of modern education

2. Create and develop a systematic and effective instrument based on competency according to modern education

3. Create and pursue national and international collaborating networks for Teachers and Educational Personnel Development to be highly sufficient in quality management of education

4. Build up and develop NIDTEP to be a development and learning center by using learning platform and disseminating Information Technology for Teachers and Educational Personnel development

5. Design and develop monitoring and evaluation system for competency based development of teachers and educational personnel
