Training Program on "Middle-Level Educational Administrator Development, Ministry of Education" (DMEA)

Program Background

According to policy imposition of Ministry of Education, development of personnel is the most significant policy commended towards global transformation and international region. In fact, the middle-level administrator is a key success to conduct policies between high-level administrators and practitioner level. Undoubtedly, it is truly essential that middle-level administrators must be widely experienced in every knowledge dimension. National Institute for Development of Teachers, Faculty Staff and Educational Personnel as the national training center for development of educational administrator and personnel, has been operating this training program for totally 6 batches since 2014 and there are currently 306 program achievers.

Program Objectives

The middle-level administrator training program aims:

1. to arrange middle-level educational administrators.

2. to develop middle-level educational administrators being transformational leaders.

3. to develop middle-level administrators to be able to utilize policies productively.

4. to promote network and collaboration by all of middle-level administrators to be able to manage and operate accurately, be consistent and visionary.

School Director/Chief of Department/ Head of Section in Senior Professional Level of the Ministry of Education and organization under the Ministry of Education
