This file has models representing different stages of the King Pian tower, as well as models and sprites of some common Nightopian-related objects.

The NiGHTS statue in various stages of completion. The texture and material is a mock up by me because my program is buggy and wouldn't output the real texture correctly.
An array of interesting objects. From left to right, a light stick, a NiGHTS toy/robot, and a remote controller for the toy. My program initially output the remote's texture incorrectly, so it is shown in a separate image.
So far, no one in the datamining channel has been able to confirm if toy NiGHTS is used in the game. However, it is possible to cause it to appear by hacking the game's save file. It will fly in small circles around the Nightopian controlling it, but will fall to the ground if NiGHTS gets too close as the Nightopian will toss its remote away.
Compared to both NiGHTS models, it is quite small (and cute).
Interestingly, it has a similar texture design to the unused NiGHTS model. They have very similar texture mapping around the head area, which can prove to be rather amusing.
