PLAYERS: Each Club may establish their own selection process and submit a team of four (4) players, excluding *juniors for each event. Unlimited alternates are acceptable. Players must have an established 18-hole handicap and be a member of the Club.  Players will play to a maximum of 28.6 handicap index.                

TEAM CAPTAIN:    Each team shall have a team captain who will perform the necessary duties to make the event successful. This includes the organization and smooth running of the game day - cards with handicap points marked, and lunch/dinner.    Co-Captains are recommended.    

NUMBER OF EVENTS:       Four (4) - one at each club, in each Division

TEE TIMES REQUIRED:    Four (4) plus an additional 4 tee times if you are in semi-final. 

TEAM ROSTER:    

To be submitted to host club captain as early in the week as possible and no later than the Thursday prior to the event with indexes for all players, with no exceptions.

PLAYER EXPECTATIONS:   

Cart fees mandatory and players are expected to STAY FOR A MEAL to offset the club's cost of complimentary green fees. 

Players should be familiar with match play scoring and understand the rules for the day's competition.

FAILURE TO FIELD A TEAM

FULL TEAM:  Failure to field a full team results in forfeiting all the points.  Opponents must still participate, will receive full points, and are expected to stay for the meal.

PARTIAL TEAM:  Based on the format, if part of the match can be played, those points will be awarded accordingly.  The remainder of the points are forfeited.  i.e. Two players can play all formats, one player could play FOUR-BALL (better ball) alone.

*(Junior) A female amateur golfer who has not reached her 19th birthday by midnight May 1st of the current year.
