SCHEDULING MATCHES:
The dates and times of matches are to be established prior to start of the golf season. There will be 1 event per month starting in May through August on Saturday or Sunday. Once the dates are established each club is responsible for providing a rain date for their event. 

Team Captains will make every effort to schedule the game day so that it does not conflict with Club Championships, which are usually the end of July and early August. 

RAIN DATE:

A rain date is to be set for each round of play.  The rain date is to be used only when the course conditions on the original date are deemed unplayable.  E.g.  Temporary water or lightning.  The decision is to be made jointly by the Pro Shop and the Host Captain.  

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS DURING REGULAR SEASON PLAY

HOST CLUBS:

The host club for each event will be determined by a draw held at the Fall Solheim Meeting.

A team will host for the first match in May              

B team will host for the second match in June

C team will host for the third match in July     

D team will host for the last match in August

Competition within Divisions during regular season play is as follows:

1st Match: May

   A team (host) vs. C  team    

B team   vs.   D team  

2nd Match: June

   B team (host) vs.  A team

C team   vs.   D team  

3rd Match: July

   C team (host) vs.  B team

A team   vs.   D team

4th Match:  August

   1st place   vs. 4th place  

2nd place vs  3rd place

The Playoff Matches in September will be seeded based on the number of points each team has after the 4th Match.
