REMEMBER: Pay your NHSOA 2025 Dues!
Thank you for your interest in being a member of the New Hampshire Soccer Officials Association (NHSOA). This page will explain how to become a member of the NHSOA and the different routes one may take to become fully certified.

Apprentice Program
The Apprentice Program is the gateway to membership of NHSOA for potential members who are and are not members of other soccer officials associations (high school soccer officials associations) across the United States. Those who are registered members from other soccer officials associations may gain membership through providing proof that they are a member in good standing in another association, complete annual training requirements, and complete two (2) assessments.
The NHSOA Apprentice Program has two tiers. These tiers are created to provide the Supervisor of the Apprentice Program a way of providing referee candidates with the appropriate level of content and training based on their soccer officiating experience.
Tier 1: This tier is designed for an official who is seeking membership to NHSOA and is currently certified and has a minimum of two years experience in any other soccer organization as an official (i.e.: USSF, NISOA, AYSO).
Tier 2: This tier is designed for an official who is seeking membership to NHSOA and has not been certified in any other soccer organization as an official (i.e.: USSF, NISOA, AYSO).
