Monitor project KPIs using Earned Value Management (EVM), identifying cost overruns early and saving remarkable amount through corrective actions.
Liaise between ADB, government agencies (LGED/PWD), and contractors, facilitating 10+ technical missions and stakeholder workshops.
Enforce FIDIC contract terms and ADB anti-corruption policies, mitigating legal/financial risks also.
