$19.50 per session

The cost of excursions and incursions is additional to the Vacation Care Fee per day.
Standard Rate
Where the child/ren have been booked 5 full business days in advance for Before and After School Care.
Late Booking
Where the child/ren arrive at the centre without notice given 5 full business days in advance for Before and After School Care and without a minimum of 10 full business days in advance for Vacation Care/Pupil Free Days.
Bookings
Bookings may be made via the My Family Lounge, or by phone on 0490 870 199, email, or in person, 5 business days in advance for Before and After School Care.
Cancellations
For Before School Care cancellations, notice must be given by 6:30am, 5 business days before the session.
For After School Care cancellations, notice must be given by 3pm, 5 business days before the session.
For Vacation Care cancellations, the full fee charge (including any additional incursion or excursion fees) will be applied for a cancellation/change of mind, unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.
For the cancellation of any permanent OSHC bookings (not Vacation Care), we require a two-week notice period.
