Enrolment

If you have never used My Family Lounge (MFL) before, follow these steps to register:

1. Register an Account: Click here to access the My Family Lounge registration page and click Register.

2. Enter Your Details: Fill in your name, surname, email address, and confirm your email to create a new account.

3. Verify via Email: You will receive a "Complete Registration" email from do_not_reply@qikkids.com.au. Click the blue Complete Registration button in the email.

4. Create Password: Set up your password, agree to the terms and conditions, and complete the registration.

5. Sign In: Go to qkenhanced.com.au and sign in with your email and new password.

If you already have a My Family Lounge account (e.g., with us or with another service), do not register a new account. 

1. Sign In: Sign in with your existing email and password.

2. Forgotten Password: Use the ‘forgot password’ link if necessary.

3. Update Info: Select the Add Child option to add a new child or update existing details.

1. Add Child: Click on ‘Add Child’ and then click 'Start Enrolment'.

2. Start Enrolment: Complete all required* information including uploading birth certificates and immunisation records.

3. Sign and Submit: Sign at the bottom of the page and then click ‘Submit’. This will only go through if all required information has been completed.

4. Good to Go: Once you have submitted your enrolment, you can now create casual or permanent bookings. Permanent/ongoing bookings must be made via My Family Lounge desktop website.

1. Best Browser: Use Google Chrome for the best user experience.

2. Device: Use a computer or laptop, as mobile devices may not support all features like digital signatures.

3. Digital Signatures: If required, cannot be created on iPads or iPhones.

4. Lifetime Account: Your My Family Lounge login stays with you for life as you move between services.

5. Casual bookings: Casual bookings can be accessed via My Family Lounge up to 10 weeks in advance.
