Community Ministry

Jesus's teaching in Matthew 25 is clear that His followers are to serve others.  Below are several of our attempts to fulfill our calling.  From time-to-time, we provide additional ministry efforts for our community.

Clothes Closet (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY )

Free clothes are provided for infants to around 5th grade.  Clothes are primarily used clothing that has been donated from members of our community.  A limited amount of clothing can be given to families and individuals.  Those who receive clothing must come with a voucher provided by Love INC (503-537-399).  Hours: Wednesday, 5-6 pm. Use the entrance on Elliott Rd on the side of the building.

We partner with Love INC to help serve our community.  Love INC is a significant resource to help us be effective in meeting a variety of needs in our community, all done In the Name of Christ.

Benevolence

Caring for the needs of our members and community is important to us.  We do not have unlimited resources but we do try to make an attempt to either take care of the physical needs of others or point them to where they might find help.
