FAQ
Can't Find WIFI&Bluetooth
Make sure the adapter is powered on and the light is on. If possible, you can use another iPhone for testing. If only a specific iPhone cannot find the encrypted dog's Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, please try resetting the network and Bluetooth settings on that iPhone and then restart the device. If the same issue occurs on other iPhones as well, then the device may be defective. In that case, please let us know, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
About WIFI
WIFI only needs to be turned on without pairing, so there is no need to enter a password.
Persistent Disconnection
The adapter works through the phone's WiFi. Disconnect are usually caused by wifi interference. Do you have any other wifi devices in your car, like a wifi enabled car camera? If so, you may need to ignore other wifi networks while using the dongle. You can also improve this by resetting your mobile Wi-Fi network. Also, updating the dongle's firmware is worth a shot (you tell us your car model and we'll send you an update).
Can't Connect Automatically
On some cars, we need to select "Auto-connect" in the iPhone CarPlay settings to use the dongle's auto-connect feature.
Other cases:
Method 1. When getting on the bus, please make sure that the Bluetooth and WiFi functions of the mobile phone are turned on and the Bluetooth is not occupied.
Method 2. Clear the pairing record, restart the phone, and re-pair the dongle.
