How to recharge the DELTA Max(2000) with 4*160W solar panels?

a. Users can connect 4 pieces of 160W solar panels in series as shown in the figure below, to the MC4 port.

b. Then, connect to MC4 to XT60 conversion cable.

c. Use XT60 conversion port connect to the XT60 port on DELTA Max(2000).

How do we ship our products?

A: Due to the big size of EcoFlow Power Stations & Solar Panels, we will ship separately if your order has multiple products including portable power stations and foldable solar panels.

Why does the battery lose power when not in use?

A: The unit may be in standby mode where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be using up to 50W. Remember to long press the power button to turn the unit completely off.
