NVT Operational Guide

OPERATIONAL GUIDELINE

Except if otherwise stated, the following shall be our operational guideline for all our outreaches in any state we decide to visit:

1.  Announcement of projects: This will be done on the WhatsApp community by the CEO of Netlink/National NVT Coordinator.

2. Planning: This will be done with all the state/location NVT members in the state/location we intend to visit for an outreach. Everything, ranging from the suitable venue, publicity, dates and time, logistics, etc. will be discussed.

3.  Execution: This is the carrying out of the main programs. 

4. Post-program meeting: This will be done to get feedback from the executed program and do some reviews against the next state we shall reach out to.
