5. Earn side incomes via active involvement in our state outreaches and as an affiliate if you are recruited. But note that NVT members are to earn incomes based on productivity i.e. on agreement and based on each outreach we make. It, therefore, means that NVT members are not placed on fixed earnings.
6. Get a digital ID card with a QR Code for verification (Reserved for State Volunteer Team Lead and designated volunteers)

BENEFITS OF JOINING THE NVT?
The following are proposed benefits for all NVT MEMBERS provided they meet up with specific criteria:
1. Free training participation (physical in state of residence) and e-certificates on the specific projects concerned.
2. Stipend for transport fare on special outreach assignments.
3. Opportunity to become a state representative (i.e. NVTSL) for NVT with a fixed percentage of state outreach net revenue (YTBD).
4. Free periodic virtual training for NVT members.
5. Opportunity to engage with the firm as a resource person in other states' with better mutual financial benefits. This is subject to the NVT's qualifications, experience and expertise and the outreach program.
6. Direct mentoring opportunities with the CEO of the mastermind firm behind the NVT.
7. Referral privileges to schools we consult for (if any).
8. Privilege of organising an independent training under our firm's brand (T & C applies).
9. Certificate of appreciation, honour, etc as the case may be.
10. We may issue digital ID cards to designated and trusted team members with QR code for confirmation.
11. Special performance bonuses may also be given to deserving NVT members.
