-Yes, we have a financial reward plan for active NVT members based on productivity and the program executed in each state. But there is no fixed remuneration for volunteers. However, we shall agree on earnings for each project we do together ONLY with the NVT members who take ACTIVE PARTS in the outreach and this is SUBJECT availability of funds.
Based on our experience, we may not offer all NVT members financial benefits but there are opportunities to attend our pieces of training for FREE.
Also, we have an affiliate/referral earning option for smart NVT members who refer clients to us for our services and training programs. For instance, if an NVT member refers us to a school for training or if such initiates a training program in his/her location to invite us to stage our training programs, we shall agree on the earnings based on percentages.
Another way to earn an income is by becoming a facilitator in our training programs.
