Pre-Listing Inspection

A pre-listing inspection is typically requested by a home seller. Shrewd 

homeowners have us conduct an inspection, prior to listing their home to discover 

any possible problems, that might arise during the home inspection conducted on 

behalf of potential buyers of their home. Knowing the possible deficiencies allows 

a homeowner to correct defects or disclose relevant issues to the home buyer to 

ensure their deal does not fall apart. Like a typical home inspection, the inspector 

will examine visible and readily accessible components of a home's structure from 

roof to foundation, including all mechanicals (electrical, plumbing, heating, and 

air condition).
