Structured Teaching Resources

Structured teaching can be thought of as “setting up our students for success.” When we anticipate students’needs by using a highly visual and structured approach we tend to see the following:

reduced stress

less frustration

fewer inappropriate behaviors

less self stimulatory behavior

More comfort

less anxiety or “startled”looks

Greater Independence
