7) Specific Park Rules

Tournament Hosts need to "communicate" to their teams certain park rules and regulations that could affect their tournaments. Items such as:

• No Smoking

• Overnight Parking / Camping

• Pets

• Metal Cleats

• Skateboards

• Outside Food and Coolers

• Gate Fees and Weekend Passes

Additional Items to communicate with your teams may include:

• Date of Completed Roster / Roster Lock Date

• Team Insurance Certificate Requirements "Missing" or "Denied" in their accounts

• Withdrawal Date

• Refund Policy

• Cancellation Policy

• Rainout Policy

• Scheduling on Website

• Supplies that will be issued at event, such as game balls, line-up cards, etc....
