How do teams add players to the roster and what if my parents cannot approve their player?
Login to your team account and click on Profile
Under the team tab, choose "Manage Team" at the top, if you have multiple teams, choose the team you wish to work with.
Choose "Roster" on the left-hand side of the page and click "Edit Roster that appears in the middle.
To add a new player, you will need the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Birthdate
State
Hit "Submit"
Your player information will automatically upload to the "Add Player Box" and you will need to fill out the Parent 1 information"
Choose Relationship To Player from the drop-down menu
Parent First Name
Parent Last Name
Email Address
Confirm Email Address
The Parent 2 information is "Optional".
Hit "Submit" at the bottom of this page.
(If you have multiple siblings with the same email address, you may encounter an issue with acceptance to the roster. To solve this, you may put a middle initial for the players to separate the siblings OR you may put two different emails, one for each player to resolve the issue)
PROBLEM:
PARENT - I'm trying to approve my player but the email I received is "not" working OR I did not receive an email.
SOLUTION:
Go to www.playncs.com
Create a login using the same email address that your team admin used to roster your player
Login to the account
Click on profile
Click on players
Approve player

Click on players
Approve player
