4) How to Schedule A Request

You have teams that want to "Schedule A Request" such as game start time and do not know how to do this task?

• As a Tournament Host, you have to check the box that allows you to "Schedule Requests" in your tournament host profile

  • As a Tournament Host, you must put a deadline date that you will allow these requests.

For a team to make a schedule request:

• Login to their account

• Click the Profile tab

• Click on teams (click on your team name)

• Click on Upcoming Events

• Put in your Schedule Request, if applicable.

Here is an email that you may send to a team on "How to Make a Schedule Request"

I understand that you would like to make a schedule request for a tournament and do not know how to proceed. Here are the steps to make that request:

• Login to Account

• Click on Profile

• Click on Teams (click on your team's name)

• Click on Upcoming Events

• If the tournament director has allowed a "Schedule Request" in their profile, then you put in your Schedule Request and "Submit" it. Tournament hosts do set Schedule Request deadlines, so you must submit it before the cut-off date.
