How to I help a team that wants to withdraw from an event?
First of all the tournament director has set a withdraw date for teams in their event.
If a team is having trouble withdrawing from an event, it could be that the withdraw date has already passed. If so, they must contact the tournament host directly, which was explained how to contact them on the one of the tabs in this website.
If a team still has time to withdraw from an event, then here are the following steps:
Login to their account
Click on Profile
Click on the Team Name
Click on Upcoming Events
Click on "Withdraw" and "Submit"
Here is an email that may be sent out to teams with regards to "Withdrawal" from an event.

I understand that you need to know how to "Withdraw" from an event. Tournament hosts will set a "Withdrawal Date" inside their tournament host profile, so if you are having an issue withdrawing, then you will have to contact the tournament director for more information.
