NCS allows teams to upload their current team insurance certificate if they name NCS as "Additional Insured", if they have both medical & liability coverage.
Add NCS as Additional Insured from their insurance provider:

Teams purchasing NCS insurance will have their policies automatically uploaded into their team account and are good to play immediately.
NCS not only offers the lowest prices for our team insurance for both baseball and fastpitch, but they also offer two policies a year (Aug 1 - Aug 1) and (January 1 - January 1). These policies are automatically based on the date you purchase your policy and avoid teams from getting short-term policies.

How does a team insurance certificate get uploaded to their team account for approval?
Go to Profile
Click on Teams
Click on Team Name
Click on Insurance
Your team insurance will be "Pending" until an Admin can verify that NCS has been named as Additional Insured and the policy date are in effect an they cover the team / age group.
Here is a sample email below that may be "copied / pasted" and adjusted for your use:
Coach:
We have not received your team insurance, please submit it by (DATE).
Teams that do not have National Championship Sports Team insurance must have NCS added as "Additional Insured" to their policy.
Contact the entity that you purchased your insurance through and add the following to your insurance certificate.
What you need on your Additional Insured is:

Insurance can be uploaded by logging into your team account
Go to Profile
Click on Teams
Click on you Team Name
Click on Insurance
