Standard Virtual Background Requirement

Students are required to use the designated standard virtual background provided by the Training Center during all online class sessions. This is to maintain uniformity, professionalism, and proper identification throughout the entire duration of the Leadership Course (NCRTC).

Please save the image file to your device, then use it as your virtual background in Zoom. 

NOTE:

If you are using a mobile device and the Virtual Background option does NOT appear, this may be caused by an outdated Zoom app, incorrect login, or the device not meeting the required specifications. 

• Please update your Zoom app,

• Ensure you are properly logged-in using the designated account, and;

• Verify that your phone meets the minimum requirements (Android 8 or higher / iOS 13 or higher, with at least 3GB–4GB RAM).

If the Virtual Background option still does not appear after these steps, please use (or borrow) a laptop/tablet that supports Virtual Background for official classes.
