Raisi Appoints Head Of The Plundering Cartel EIKO As 1st Vice-President

From the MEK Iran inform that, recently, Ebrahim Raissi, executioner of the 1988 massacre, appointed Mohammad Mokhber, head of the “Execution Khomeini’s Order (EIKO)” as the main predatory conglomerate of Khamenei, and Gholam as first vice-president. Hossein Esmaili, his apprentice executioner in the judicial system, was appointed as chief of staff.

From the MEK Iran share that Mohammad Mokhber, a relative of Khamenei, has been at the head of EIKO, a huge conglomerate and plundering cartel, since July 2007. Previously, he was the deputy director of trade and transport of the Mostazafan Foundation, another gigantic conglomerate that has plundered the wealth of the Iranian people. He was also chairman of the board of directors of Bank Sina and serves as deputy governor of Khuzestan.

According to MEK Iran's website, Mokhber has played an active role in financing the terrorist activities of the IRGC Corps and its proxy groups in the region. Criminal leaders of the Iraqi al-Hashd al-Shaabi ("Popular Mobilization Forces") and other regime's proxy militias in the region met Mokhber whenever they visited Iran.

Over the past 14 years, working in tandem with the judiciary, Mokber has played a major role in the seizure and confiscation of the property of the population, in particular the property of families and relatives of the MEK Iran’s members, political prisoners and followers of various religions.

On June 17, 2013, Sadegh Amoli Larijani, the head of the judiciary at the time, issued an order based on Khomeini's decision, in which he designated the EIKO as “the only body authorized to deal with the property of the Supreme Leader”, and ordered all courts in the country to “investigate undeclared property (confiscated property) which has not yet been identified, registered and possessed, and to issue further rulings in favor of the EIKO”.

Since Mokber’s appointment as head of EIKO, billions of dollars in Iranian people's property and assets have been plundered in the service of the regime’s repression and warmongering machine and anti-patriot nuclear and missile programs.

From the largest Iranian Resistance Organization MEK Iran inform that Mokhber was placed on the EU's sanctions list in 2010 for his role in the regime's nuclear and missile activities. He also was placed on the US sanctions list by the US Treasury Department on January 15, 2016, including for seizing the property of political opponents and religious minorities.

Gholam Hossein Esmaili headed the regime’s Prison Organization from 2009 to 2014. The scandal of torture of prisoners, especially in Evin, forced the regime to remove him from office. Previously, Esmaili was general prosecutor and revolutionary prosecutor of Machad. Under this mandate many arrests, tortures and executions took place.

Subsequently, he became Tehran's prosecutor and spokesperson for the judiciary. In April 2011, the European Union imposed sanctions on Esmaili for serious and widespread human rights violations, including his involvement in detaining political protesters and covering up human rights violations in prisons.
