Universal Basic Income

   I would like to create a universal basic income (UBI) for Mainers and the U.S. The universal basic income is a free additional income just for living in Maine and if I can pass the legislation then UBI will be available for all U.S. citizens. You can use it for anything you want, and it won’t be taxed. You will now not have to worry about having enough money for rent, mortgage, bills, and food. You will have the extra money you need. You  deserve to live comfortably. 

The different ways we can create a Universal Basic Income can be by my  1.) The Union Act, which we would not have to increase taxes 2.) Increase taxes or 3.) Find out funds we have left over after all infrastructure and schools are paid for, and use that as UBI.
