The Union Act

 I want to implement “The Union Act” that I have been working on which will protect Mainers and other States from the failed prospects from our Executive branch. The Union Act will be an agreement of cooperation amongst states that choose to work with Maine by combining our Gross Domestic Product revenue. Through this act we will be able to create new jobs in Maine or and other States. Now for focusing on  state of Maine, this will mean we have companies from California as an example to come into our state of Maine and bring jobs for citizens of Maine. Maine citizens could also bring their work to other States to promote more jobs for those States and gain revenue  for their business. The fact of the matter is when your Executive branch is ruining your way of life, we don’t wait to see what happens, we fix the problem as soon as possible to prevent damage to all of our lives.  

• The Union Act will prevent Oligarchs and the Trump administration from profiting off of tax payer dollars, and keeping it for their own selfish purposes.

• The states that choose to agree to The Union Act will have  a combined taxes of all states to protect our constituents.

• The Union Act will have a Universal Basic Income that will provide free monies to those living in the states that have agreed to The Union Act.

• The Union Act will keep the current U.S. Constitution and follow it.

• The Supreme Court of the United State (SCOTUS) and their political biases will not have power over the states that agree to the Union Act. SCOTUS should be  impartial meaning no political sides. SCOTUS members that do not act as impartial are  to be removed from office. SCOTUS does not serve the President, they are meant to serve and protect the people from a leader, authoritative dictator, military, and citizens that do not follow the U.S. Constitution. 

• The 14th Amendment Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."  (https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/amendment-14/section-3/). The 14th Amendment will be upheld, and no SCOTUS protecting the acting President will be able to stop its provision. 

• United States Code 2383 "Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States." All states in agreement of The Union Act will obide by this law. No verdict from a Bias SCOTUS will be able to protect the perpetrator from imprisonment. 

• All states having agreed to The Union Act will have their own Military and will act in unison with the U.S. Constitution. All members of the States National Guard, and all other Military Branches will have the opportunity to join the Union Military in their  states of residence that have agreed to The Union Act. The Military under the Union Act will follow the U.S. Constitution. The Military will not obide by the Laws of a President that has not agreed to follow the U.S. Constitution or agreed to The Union Act. 

• The death Penalty will be made illegal since unfortunately, some people end up being innocent after the fact. 

• Presidents of the United States do not have immunity from the U.S. Constitution, and all states that agree to The Union Act will be able to arrest and remove a standing President by using the 14th Amendment and the U.S.C. 2383, and the 25th Amendment.

• Any person(s) who break into your house, you have a legal right to shoot and kill without fear of imprisonment. All states who are apart of  The Union Act agree to this.

• Women's Health including abortion is a right of Privacy to a citizen, not the right of anyone in Public Office.

• A Centers of Disease Control will be created for the states who Agree to The Union Act, and only citizens who have a PHD, Bachelors, or Masters in any Science related to Biology, Pathogens, Genetics, anatomy, and any other Biological science that is beneficial to the study and prevention of diseases will  work for the CDC and or be the head of the CDC under The Union Act.

• All history taught will be based on fact and not by opinion. All racial, sex, and human inequalities will be taught based on fact and not on opinion.

• Slavery was abolished in 1865, and no type of slavery will ever be reinstated under the states that agree to The Union Act.

• Women will have the same payscale as a man, and all rights that a male has. No person in public office has the right to remove the rights of any and all women.

• Soft power will be taught and practiced in order to keep allies of the United States, and so the U.S. will remain a global head in peace keeping, and problem solving. Everyone has the right to have a better life. Unfortunately, not everyone in the U.S. and around the world does, and this is when we can really help.  Soft power is better explained by Harvard University Distinguished Service Professor, Emeritus Joseph Nye "Soft power is the ability to affect others to obtain the outcomes one wants through attraction and persuasion rather than coercion or payment. A country’s soft power rests on its resources of culture, values and policies. A smart-power strategy combines hard- and soft-power resources. Public diplomacy has a long history as a means of promoting a country’s soft power, and soft power was essential in winning the Cold War. Smart public diplomacy requires an understanding of the roles of credibility, self-criticism and civil society in generating soft power. As authoritarian states today use new cyber technologies and other means to disrupt political processes in democracies, questions arise about the boundaries of soft power and the appropriate policies for public diplomacy."

• All agencies that were affected by DOGE will operate as before DOGE existed. All states that agree to The Union Act will follow this.

• DOGE and ELON Musk will be held accountable for their actions in stripping USAID and ednagering the lives of millions. Elon Musk and DOGE will be held accountable for getting names from  all our Intelligence Agencies and giving them to foreign actors. Elon Musk and DOGE actors who helped in stealing American citizens information; Federal agents private information are in violation of the Espionage Act. Elon musk and the DOGE actors be able to be arrested in all states that agree to The Union Act. 

• The FBI, DHS, and other U.S. agencies will not be allowed to be used as tools to arrest, and or intimidate political rivals. All bad actors in these government agencies who choose to make false arrests; fabricated situations to arrest, and or detain; in order to strike fear and submissiveness from a political rival, is unconstitutional and will be arrested in all states that have agreed to The Union Act. 

• Free College, and child care will be provided to all citizens of the States that agree to The Union Act.

• Free Medical and dental for all citizens that will be provided to all states that agree to The Union Act.

• Genocide is illegal, and any actor participating in the promotion such act will be held accountable, fined and imprisoned. Genocide is an act against humanity. Genocide is the delibrate slaughter of people based on their race, nationality, religion, and ethnicity. According to the United Nations " According to Article 2 of the 1948 United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide defines genocide as "any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: killing members of the group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; [and] forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."  (https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/genocide)

• Genocide from all of history's past and present from around the world will be taught in all school's, and accounted for based on fact.

• Slavery of all types from around the world; from past and present, will be taught in all schools based on facts and not opinions. 

• Disabilty, if you have a disbility, you will get the care that you need. This goes under the free medical and dental under the Union Act.

• Homeless Shelters, women's shelters, and Orphanages will all be paid for under The Union Act.
