hello,we are 2 students from Europe,Mathieu and Eloise and we went to Greece for saw the differences between France and Greece.
Weather
The people from France think that the weather in Greece is always sunny and very hot especially in spring and summer and in winter often the weather is rainy and cold.Because Greece is located in Meditterranean sea.
Food
Greek people eat a lot of meals during the day so as to have forces for the day. But the frensh people eat less than greec
Beaches
Τhere are a lot of beaches in Greece. They are very beautiful, because the water is clear and clean and the landstape is amazing .
Temples
The Greece has a lot of temples from the ancient time because the ancient Greek had built them for the God. One of the most famous is Partheon.
Erechtheum is famous too.
Transportation
In Greece, when people use their car, some people often do not wear their belt and they sit in a dangerous way. But in France police always punish people when they don't obey the laws.
Water
Greek people often drink water from the bottles and not from the tap because the water from the tap is not very clean. But this is not very healthy, drinking from the bottles because of the plastic. The fact that they always give out plastic water bottles surprised us. And in the France we do something similar with this.
Smoking
Greek people smoke in the restaurants ,cafes and in public spaces but this is banned. While in France people don' t do it because it is illegal.
Toilets
Greek people throw the paper in the bin and not in the toilet. Because the pipe is to small .
In Greece in restaurants,shops and schools we can’t lock the door of the toilet not because we don' t lock the door but because people don' t care about to have the toilets in a good condition.
Prices
Greece is very cheap. Neither the restaurants nor the clothes shops and the supermarkets aren’t expensive.
Wake up and sleeping habits
Greek people daily wake up early and they sleep very late so they sleep few hours at night and often they sleep at afternoon because they are tired. While in France we go to sleep early and we wake up early so as to sleep many hours.
