Panel Sessions, Paper Sessions, & Plenaries
Presenters for all sessions will be responsible for bringing their own laptop and any necessary adaptors to connect to the projector that will be provided in the rooms. For sessions with multiple presenters (i.e., panel sessions, paper sessions, and plenaries), we suggest the moderator gather all relevant materials on one computer that will be used to display all presentations. The rooms will include a podium and a microphone (or multiple microphones, when needed).
Zoom information for the four livestreamed events (i.e., Opening Remarks & Plenary, Business Meeting, Plenary 2, Plenary 3) is available here.
Poster Session
In person
As a reminder for those presenting their poster in person, please note that posters should be no bigger than 3’ x 4’!
The poster session will be held in the Concourse area in front of the Registration desk (as depicted here). Posters can be affixed to any open poster board, at any time after 3:30pm on Thursday (10/12).
Virtual
In addition to onsite presentations in Amherst, MA, virtual posters will be available to NASPR members through myOnvent on the dates of the conference. Virtual poster presenters have been asked to post office hours for synchronous interaction in myOnvent (please see times on a presenter's live wall or in the poster hall). You may also engage asynchronously with the presenters in myOnvent.
Directions for accessing myOnvent are listed as a "Participant" are listed below:
If you have participated in a recent NASPR event, you are probably familiar with the virtual conference platform, myOnvent, which we will use again for this Virtual Poster Hall.
If you do not yet have a myOnvent account, click this link and select “Join event” in the upper right-hand corner. Next, make an account with your preferred email address. Once you have made an account, you will be asked to indicate if you are here as a “Participant” or “Poster/Study.” Please select “Participant” and click “Continue.” You will then be asked to enter your country prior to selecting “Complete Registration.” Once all of these steps are completed, you will be in the NASPR 2023 event space.
If you already have a myOnvent account, but did not attend the previous NASPR virtual meeting in 2021, click this link and log into your account, select “Join event” in the upper right-hand corner, and complete all of the same steps as above. **
If you already have a myOnvent account, click this link and simply log in. You will then be immediately directed to the NASPR 2023 space. **
** For a small number of individuals with an existing myOnvent account from a previous NASPR or SPR conference, you may need to create an alternative account to access the 2023 NASPR Chapter Meeting Virtual Poster Hall. To do so, you can use the same email as your existing account, but add +1 before the @ in the email address. You would then create a new password for your poster-specific account.
Example: Original account = msmith@university.edu
New account = msmith+1@university.edu
Even though you have entered +1, all correspondence, setup, etc. will still go through your main/initial email account. Recall that this is only relevant if you have an existing myOnvent account from a previous conference.

Parking Instructions for those Staying Off Campus
Upon entering the Campus Center Parking Garage, you will receive a gate ticket. After you park, take your gate ticket with you. You can then pick up a discounted parking coupon from the conference registration staff. Keep the coupon with the QR code in a secure spot on your person. As you leave for the day, but before you get to your car, stop at one of the pay stations (located on every level of the garage). Enter your gate ticket and, when prompted, scan the QR code on the coupon. This will entitle you to a discounted parking rate of $6.50. After you submit payment your gate ticket will be validated. Take your gate ticket from the machine and proceed to your car to leave. As you drive out of the garage, insert your gate ticket into the kiosk located at the garage exit to raise the gate. Repeat this process for each day you attend. This discount coupon will be valid for the duration of the conference. (Note that each time you use your coupon, it will say you have one use remaining; you can ignore this note!) Also note that the regular hourly rate for the garage is $1.85 and the discounted passes cap the cost at $6.50 (thus, the discount comes after parking for 4 hours). Note that these passes do NOT have in/out privileges; the clock re-starts each time you re-enter the garage on the same day.
